Join Heike Meyer, bakeress of Brot Bakehouse, for a four-part livestream series on all things sourdough throughout the month of March: feeding and maintaining a sourdough culture, beginning to bake with sourdough - simple biscuits and cookies, taking it to the next level with bread, and finally crowning it with a cake. Tune in for just one part, or join us for all four! After we learned how to feed and maintain our starter and bake with the discard, it’s time for the main event: using your starter to leaven bread!
