The Mosaic of Flavor cooking series is a collaboration between City Market and USCRI Vermont (US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants Vermont, formerly the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program). Join us with our instructor Said Bulle for an evening of making beef and vegetable sambusas and spicy bizbaz sauce. Originally from Jilib, Somalia, Said moved to Vermont in 2005. He grew up watching his mother cook for the family restaurant and now owns Jilib Jiblets catering in Winooski. Said is also a founding member of the musical group, A2VT.
