Join our Executive Chef, Michael Clauss, to learn the fundamentals of grilling! This class will explore the fundamental techniques of the grill, including building and controlling your fire, how to use a chimney starter, marinating meat, cooking meat to temperature, and grilling vegetables and fish. Other topics will include the importance of letting meat rest, what sauces and accompaniments to use, and maintaining your equipment. Please bring appropriate layers, footwear and bugspray as the class will take place outside. Please note, due to COVID-19 and physical distancing recommendations, hands-on learning opportunities may not be possible in a given class depending on the required meal preparation.
