Join Candace from Conscious Kitchen for our series on ancestral food practices focused on integrating nourishing traditional cooking into your life by making it accessible, affordable and fun. The benefits to bone broth are plentiful; from lived full-circle eating practices to supporting the body’s mobility and strength, regenerative capabilities, immunity and overall nourishment.  Broths are versatile in use beyond soups and stews and they are affordable and able to be stored for long periods. In this workshop we will learn the difference between a stock and broth, tips and tricks to getting what you need to make a broth and store it on a budget. This workshop will focus on a live demonstration, tastings and take home recipes.
