This workshop will focus on growing a steady supply of wheatgrass. Ready to harvest in just 7 to 10 days, wheatgrass is an exceptional source of chlorophyll. Participants will learn to grow wheatgrass using the same techniques as Indoor Gardening. Whether you live in an apartment or have a big homestead kitchen, Peter Burke will show you how to grow wheatgrass for yourself or your pets. Everyone will take home a planted tray and we will finish the class with a sample of wheatgrass juice.
