Amp up your kitchen game with professional knife skills and knowledge of culinary theories. Paul Link, Assistant Prepared Food Manager at City Market, has experience working in many professional kitchens and will bring that knowledge to the table. Suitable both for beginners and those who want to polish their skills, this class will include hands on work practicing knife skills and application of theories while making soup stocks. Each participant will work at their own cutting board with a variety of fruits and vegetables to perfect their skills.
