Paul Link, Assistant Prepared Food Manager at City Market has experience working in many professional kitchens and will bring that knowledge to the table. Suitable for beginners or those who want to polish their skills, this class will include hands on work practicing knife skills and application of theories while making sauces and soup stalks.
