Bill Bradley, Registered Dietitian, lecturer, and Mediterranean cookbook author will lead a hands-on cooking class and talk on the Mediterranean way of eating. Learn how you can use many local, seasonal foods in Vermont and give them a Mediterranean flair. Plus, learn more about olive oils in the tasting accompanying this workshop!
