Nectarine Berry Infused Water

Infused waters are a delicious way to make your water something special. Plus, you get the added benefit of extra vitamins, minerals, trace nutrients from the fruits, along with fiber if you eat them at the end! You can use sparkling or flat water for any of these recipes.

Ingredients

2 nectarine (quartered)
1⁄4 cup raspberries
1⁄2 cup blueberries

Instructions

Add the fruit to a quart-sized jar. Fill with water. Frozen berries can be used as an alternative to fresh berries. Cover tightly and shake a few times. Place in refrigerator and let sit for 2-4 hours.
