Homemade Frozen Yogurt

This simple recipe can be adapted with different sweeteners or fruits. If you have an ice-cream maker, adjust the recipe for the size of your container.

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons blueberries
6 tablespoons salt, coarse
3 cups ice

Instructions

Combine yogurt, honey, vanilla, and optional blueberries in a small Ziploc bag. Seal tightly and shake to combine ingredients. Combine salt and ice in a large Ziploc bag. Place small bag in large bag and seal tightly. Shake up and down and side to side for about 5-10 minutes, or until contents are frozen (be careful not to tear the outer bag).
