Description

This fruit salad is great for topping pancakes or waffles, with yogurt, or blended into a smoothie.

Ingredients

navel oranges
1  
grapefruit
1  
pineapple
1  
banana
1  
star fruit
1  
pomegranate

Instructions

Remove all white pith from oranges and grapefruit and cut into small chunks. Place in a large bowl and toss with pineapple, banana, star fruit and pomegranate seeds.

Some people like to jazz up fruit salad with freshly grated ginger and honey, toasted shredded coconut, a little lemon or lime juice, or toasted nuts and dried fruit.
