Here's a healthy fry recipe, using sweet potatoes and curry.
1. Preheat the oven to 400. Peel the potatoes and slice them into strips the size of steak fries.
2. Place the fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Scatter the curry over the fries and then toss with your hands.
3. Pop the fries into the oven for 25 minutes. Take them out when the tips of the fries start to turn dark brown.
