Description
Try using Butterworks Farm buttermilk.
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 c buttermilk
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
- 1 t honey
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 T fresh chopped tarragon or other fresh herbs
- 1⁄4 t salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small head of salad greens
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 1 avocado
