Easy Breakfast Bowl

Raw food recipes are notorious for being time-consuming, but it doesn’t have to be so! This quick recipe can be assembled in the evening, and is a perfect grab-and-go option for the busy mornings. Get creative and adapt it to make it your own.


1/2 cup
oats (dry)
1 cup
coconut milk (or almond milk)
1 tablespoon
chia seeds
1 cup
mango, frozen (or frozen blueberries)
cinnamon, ground
1 tablespoon
walnuts (raw, or almonds )


In a glass container, pour coconut milk over oats, chia seeds, and fruit. Cover container and set in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, add walnuts and sprinkle cinnamon over the “pudding” that forms.
Enjoy cold as a great breakfast to go!
