Dark Chocolate Clusters

The best thing about this recipe is its adaptabilitiy. Try adding in whatever nuts, dried fruits or other add-ins you have in your pantry. Simple yet decadent, this is a quick and easy recipe that will be sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt, coarse
1⁄2 cup almonds (roughly chopped)
1⁄2 cup apricots, dried (roughly chopped)
1⁄2 cup cranberries
1⁄2 cup hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
1⁄2 cup peanuts (roughly chopped)
1⁄2 cup goji berries

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium metal or heatproof bowl over a smaller saucepan of simmering water. Remove bowl from stove and add in whatever combination of nuts and/or dried fruit you desire making sure that the total amount of add-ins equals about 1 cup. Mix to combine. Using a tablespoon or ice cream scoop, scoop out small servings onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cluster. Place tray in refrigerator and let the clusters set for 15-20 minutes. Remove from tray and enjoy!
