Description
Serve these with salad for lunch or as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- dandelion flowers
- corn meal
- oil
- water or egg
Instructions
Collect flowers on a sunny day!
Dip each one in water or egg and then in corn meal to coat, and then fry them in oil over medium heat.
You may add garlic and salt and pepper to the corn meal for additional flavor. Yum!

On September 11, the Co-op will host a Produce for the People fresh food drive from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Donations will benefit the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf. Share your extra produce and help the community eat local!
