Description
Let's face it, sometimes, we just need to chill. :)
Ingredients
| 4 | Tablespoon | oats |
| 2 | Teaspoon | lavender |
| 2 | Teaspoon | licorice root |
| 2 | Tablespoon | lemon balm (or chamomile) |
Instructions
Pour hot water over the herbs in a quart mason jar and shake well. Let infuse for at least 30 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
