Bruschetta

Pronounced both “brusketta”  or ”bruschetta” depending on the town in Italy, you can use this recipe as a party pleaser. It’s so easy to whip up!

Ingredients

4 tomato, plum (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon basil, fresh (chiffonade)
1⁄4 cup onion, red (diced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 baguette

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix together. Serve over grilled baguette or flatbread.
