: These are the guys that built the amazing, state of the art brewery in Stratford, Connecticut, where Sean Lawson goes to brew and can his Sips o' Sunshine before delivering them to us. This brewery was founded by some truly big brains: a couple of engineers (including Phil Markowski, who literally wrote the book on farmhouse ales), an MBA, and a former CFO. Currently on our shelves are their Road to Ruin Double IPA (boasting a big, hoppy bite) and No Limits Hefeweizen (maybe the only Hefe we’ve ever come across in a can!).

  • Left Hand Brewing Company: We’ve got their Milk Stout Nitro! This quaffable stout got a score of 93 on Beer Advocate and rings in at a reasonable 6% ABV. Pour it hard into a pint glass - literally, turn the bottle directly upside down over the glass and let it glug right out. But, be sure to shave off your mustache before taking your first sip because if you don’t, the big, creamy head will be dripping from your face for a while.
