Champlain Islands Farmers Market

Food/Land Access
·
Spring/Summer

The Champlain Islands Farmers Market connects the community to sustainable local farms, specialty food businesses, and local artisans.

The CIFM is a registered 501 (c)(3) non profit organization with a mission of building community and supporting our Vermont farmers to ensure local food is available for years to come and is accessible to everyone.

Volunteers are key to the success of the market, helping to create economic opportunities for local farms and businesses, provide local food and products for Islanders and visitors, and foster community connections and resilience.

Volunteer Opportunities

Setup and parking management volunteers are needed for Saturday Markets which run from 10am-2pm in Grand Isle (morning and afternoon shifts are available during the busy season).

There are also opportunities to help with monthly customer counts on select Saturdays in Grand Isle and Wednesdays in South Hero.

Volunteers are also needed to help with parking, customer counts, and kids' activities at the Annual Harvest Fest Celebration on October 12th!

Please check out the volunteer signup form on their website for more information and to sign up for a shift!
