Alanna Gaylord is a ceramics artist based in Burlington, VT. Her passion for art began with markers and crayons and continued all the way through college where she earned a degree in Art Education. Alanna works with clay for its contradicting characteristics of flexibility, fragility, and durability. She loves making work that is both utilitarian as well as aesthetically pleasing in its own right.
