From the Land of Far Away…

City Market proudly adds avocados to the list of available fair trade certified produce. While availability is still somewhat inconsistent, we’ve been able to offer these Mexican-grown gems for the past several weeks, with more to come.

 Not only are they certified as both fair trade and organic, the taste has been extraordinary.  Look for the brand label Fairtrasa or the Transfair certification sticker also found on our Fair Trade Bananas.
