Watermelon Mint Frosé Ingredients: 3 cups watermelon (seedless, cubed) 1 cup strawberries, frozen 2 cups wine, rosé 12 mint leaves (large, plus more for garnish) Instructions: Place the cubed watermelon in a freezer container and freeze for up to 8 hours. Just before serving, combine the frozen watermelon, strawberries, rosé and mint in a blender. Secure the lid and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprig of mint.
