Basic Marinade Ingredients: 1 cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons Mustard, Dijon 1 tablespoon garlic (minced) 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons brown sugar 3 tablespoons parsley (chopped) 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon salt, kosher 1 teaspoon black pepper Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until combined.
