Well Dressed Greens

Well Dressed Greens was founded in 2009 by Jessie Kaplan and is a grandmother, mother, and daughter team.  Jessie's grandmother, Helyett, grew up in France and used to make vinaigrette from scratch every night.  She passed on her recipe to her daughter Nathalie, and it became a favorite around their dinner table.  Nathalie's daughter, Jessie, then created her own variety and started bringing all three vinaigrettes (each named after the woman who created the recipe) to market, and have now added a fourth: Lilou's Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette (which is featured as a Staff Favorite at the Co-op).  You can find all their dressings in our Produce Department.
