Parish Hill Creamery is owned and operated by Peter Dixon and Rachel Fritz Schaal. Parish Hill Creamery makes seasonal, hand made, raw milk cheeses inspired by traditional protected origin Italian cheeses. The cows graze the pastures at Elm Lea Farm at the Putney School, just five miles south of the Cheese House, and the cheeses are ripened in a converted root cellar.
