Mt. Mansfield Creamery was started in June 2009 and is owned by Stan Biasini and Debora Wickart. They milk 30 Holstein and Brown Swiss cows. In the summer, the cows are rotationally grazed and in the winter they are fed grain and hay. The milk produced on the farm is used to make raw milk cheeses in a the family's cheesemaking facility 4 miles from the farm. The family makes small batches of cheese 8 to 12 times per month.
