Maple Meadow Farm started in 1946 with just 200 laying hens and has grown to be one of the largest egg farm in Vermont! The farm is still considered small when compared with the egg farms in the Midwest that keep millions of laying hens. Maple Meadow’s hens are never fed or treated with hormones or antibiotics. They live in temperature controlled barns and have feed and water available at all times.
