Hillsboro Sugarworks provides us with Vermont maple syrup. Sue and David Folino have over 14,000 taps on their family’s sugar bush down in Bristol. All Hillsboro syrup comes from their 351 acres of woods. Dave started sugaring as a hobby in 1979 with one horse and some buckets. The hobby grew and grew and the Folinos are now producing five to six thousand gallons of syrup each year with 60 miles of tubing in their sugarbush!
