East Shore Vineyard started selling their own wine in 2008, but have been growing wine grapes commercially since 2000 at their vineyard (on 11 acres) in Grand Isle.  They also partner with other Vermont grape growers, as well as grape growers in New York and Ontario.  East Shore Vineyard has an Alternating Proprietorship with Shelburne Vineyard so that they can use the facility to process their own grapes.  Their tasting room is currently located on Church St. in Burlington.  They offer a variety of whites, reds, roses, and an ice wine.
