Artisan Meats of Vermont is owned and operated by brothers Jacob and Justin Finsen.  They make fresh and cured meat products with no additives, using traditional ways of cutting and curing meat, and mixing spices by hand.  They source the meat they use from small family farms located within 75 miles of their business in Waitsfield (4 in Vermont, 1 in New Hampshire) to support a locally sustainable agricultural economy.  You can find their meat products in our Meat and Seafood Department!
