Mae Quilty

Originally from Boston, Mae has spent much of her adult life in the beautiful Green Mountain state, choosing Vermont for college and graduate school. With a background in higher education working at Middlebury College, New England Culinary Institute, and for the International Honors Program on Climate Change, Mae joined the Co-op in 2017 as the Outreach and Education Manager before transitioning into her current role leading the Community Engagement team.

In this role, Mae oversees Membership programming, donations and sponsorships, media and branding, and outreach and educational events. She enjoys learning about the incredible work happening in our community on behalf of our Community Outreach Partners and working with staff and Members to help support that work.

When she’s not at the Co-op, Mae is a volunteer mentor at King Street Center and serves on the Board of Directors at Intervale Community Farm. She loves getting outside with her golden retriever, Dottie and cozying up with a good book from Fletcher Free.
