It’s finally November, and that means your Facebook has been flooded with happy recounts of pumpkin carving, apple picking, and brand-new Ibex wardrobes.  But along with the delicious indulgence of the harvest comes the less glamorous turn-of-the-season companions: runny noses, blossoming dragon-scales, and maybe (if you’re like me) a few extra pounds.

There’s more than one way you can try and combat the oncoming sludgery of the long dry season. Among them could be running, washing your face more, etc…  For our part, we’ve brought an awesome new product into Wellness that is supposed to help you stay warm and get rid of all those toxins. And, in classic Wellness department style, you do can do it in a way that is luxurious and good for the soul.

Dr. Singha’s Mustard Bath has been a savvy-bather’s secret weapon for over two decades. Mustard seeds, themselves, have been around since biblical times, and have a long history in Ayurvedic Medicine for detoxification and purification. Not-to-mention we love the clarifying essential oil blend of Eucalyptus, Thyme, Rosemary, and Wintergreen. Just pour 2oz into a hot bath (make sure you really use enough) and soak for 20 minutes. Let your veins stretch and your blood pump as you detoxify and decongest. Finish off with a cold rinse and a rough towel try. Wrap up in your favorite robe, slippers, and/or paisley pajama pants and let yourself ‘ahhhh’.
