Give us your best sweet potato recipes and you could win $100 to City Market and a 5 pound bag of local sweet potatoes!
Local farmers are starting to grow sweet potatoes in Vermont and, for the first time, we have enough to last through the winter. Sweet potatoes are incredibly versatile and taste great in curries, casseroles, stews, salads, breads, and more.
Enter as many of your favorite sweet potato recipes as you like online between February 17 and 23.

Results Are In!
The three finalist recipes were sampled at the Burlington Farmers' Market. All of the recipes received many votes and the winner is Allison Johnson with her Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Balsamic Cranberries and Goat Cheese! Ms. Johnson wins the grand prize of a $100 City Market gift card and a five pound bag of local sweet potatoes. The two runners-up in the competition were Kerrin Flanagan and Kari Cuneo.
