A favorite Burmese vegetable dish. The perfect accompaniment to Burmese Stew.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add garlic, onion, turmeric and soy sauce. Sauté until onions are tender. Add bok choy and cook for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh basil.
