Description

This is a great warm-season dip, made with cooling ingredients. Serve with veggie sticks. You can use Greek yogurt for a thicker consistency. 

Ingredients

1 cup
yogurt, plain
1/2  
cucumber (chopped)
2 tablespoons
lime juice (fresh)
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1/2 tablespoon
cilantro (minced)
2 tablespoons
chives (minced)

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Allow the flavors to meld for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
