Use Vermont Maple Syrup!!
| 2⁄3 | Cup | maple syrup |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | water |
| 6 | sweet potatoes (medium-sized) | |
| 3 | Tablespoon | butter (or margarine) |
| 1 | Dash | nutmeg |
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook potatoes until tender, drain, cut lengthwise and place them in a buttered casserole. Mix maple syrup and water and pour over the potatoes. Dot with butter, sprinkle with nutmeg, and bake 30 minutes, or until tender, turning occasionally.
