These aren't for the birds! And make sure you use Vermont maple syrup!
Stir the dry ingredients together. Cook peanut butter and syrup until mixed. Add vanilla. Blend with dry ingredients. When cooled, roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Can be rolled in maple granulated sugar.
