Green Goddess Dressing

Description

This is great on a salad or used as a veggie dip.

Ingredients

1/3 cup
oil
1 1/2 tablespoon
red wine vinegar
3 1/2 tablespoons
mayonnaise
1/2 cup
parsley
1/2 cup
dill
4  
scallions
   
basil, fresh

Instructions

Place the herbs in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until very finely minced.

Add oil and vinegar. Process for a few seconds, then transfer to a bowl.

Stir in mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste. Taste to adjust vinegar, then whisk until uniformly blended.

Cover and chill until use.
