Cilantro Salad

Description

This is great with fish, tacos or burritos, or as a topping for guacamole. A staple in the summertime….

Ingredients

2 cups
cilantro
1/4 cup
mint leaves
1/4 cup
red onion
   
lemon juice
1 tablespoon
olive oil
   
sea salt

Instructions

Mix everything together.  Let sit about 20 minutes before serving so that the flavors combine.

Optional additions:

½ cup chopped pink radishes

1 ripe mango, diced
