Cilantro Chutney

Description

This recipe was adapted from Ginna Bourisseaus Intro to Ayurveda class at City Market.

Ingredients

1/2 cup
cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons
coconut
1/4 cup
raisins
1/4 cup
almonds
1/2 teaspoon
fresh ginger
1/4 cup
lime juice
1 teaspoon
masala mix
1 pinch
mineral salt

Instructions

Optional: grated cubes apple or pear or fresh mint leaves (instead of cilantro)

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add water or lime juice as needed to thoroughly blend ingredients.
