Beef Bulgogi

Description

A classic Korean beef dish with a sweet and tangy taste. Serve with plain rice or kimchi fried rice (see recipe). This recipe was made in our Cooking with Kimchi class with Michelle Guenard.

Ingredients

1 pound
beef
2 tablespoons
soy sauce
3 tablespoons
water
1 tablespoon
honey
1 tablespoon
sesame oil
1 tablespoon
toasted sesame seeds
2  
green onions
4 cloves
garlic
1/2 teaspoon
black pepper

Instructions

Slice beef thinly. Mix remaining ingredients together to make a sauce. Marinate for at least 2 hours and keep it in the refrigerator.Cook it on a pan or a grill, and transfer to a plate or a cast iron plate to serve.Sprinkle with reserved chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds.Serve with kimchi fried rice.
