Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie Ingredients: 1/2 cup strawberries 1/4 cup rhubarb 1 1/2 cups yogurt, low-fat 1 1/2 cups milk Instructions: Peel and chop rhubarb. Put rhubarb and 1 cup water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 25 minutes then remove from heat, strain liquid, and cool. Measure and mix yogurt, milk, and strawberries in a blender.
