Description

A Tropical Day treat. And pretty good for an upset tummy, too!

Ingredients

3/4 cup
yogurt, vanilla
1 tablespoon
honey
1/2 teaspoon
ginger, fresh
1  
bananas

Instructions

In a blender (*preferably a bike-powered one!), combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Notes

This is good as is, but it can also be a wonderful base for adding berries, nectarines, mango, you name it! Frozen or fresh additions work well, but we like the frostiness frozen fruit adds.
