These cookies have a great almond flavor and stick to your ribs. They were taught in a City Market class on healthy snacks for active lifestyles.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together almond butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar until smooth; add egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes.
