Well, it is with a heavy heart that we B+W geeks here at City Market bid a very fond farewell to one of our own, Brian Wendt. He has decided to further his career by moving on to Von Trapp Brewing, located in Stowe, VT. Sarah, Matt, and I are very happy for him, and his smile and depth of knowledge will be missed very much.
You probably won’t be able to tell by looking out of the window, but the summer is winding down and the cooler months are right around the corner. Don’t believe us? Just look at our beer cooler and you’ll say, “Oh yeah, fall is here.” Pumpkin beer and Octoberfest Marzens are all over the place. We tried to hold it all back as much as we could, but even the mighty staff of City Market can't hold back Father Time for long.
