The Paleo diet is based around eating grass-fed meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds – foods available to our hunter-gatherer ancestors before the advent of grain agriculture. Learn about the diet and sample some of our favorite summertime snack recipes. We’ll make grain-free granola, bean-free hummus (with fresh, local veggies for dipping), and berry coconut creamsicles! Alli Johnson has been eating Paleo for almost 2 years and enjoys spending her time cooking and learning more about traditional nutrition. She believes the most important rule of following the Paleo diet is adapting it to best fit your own lifestyle and nutritional needs.
