Learn to make a delicious, traditional curry served frequently at Burmese homes. Zar Ni Maw will demonstrate a flavorful shrimp and summer squash curry topped with cilantro and served with jasmine rice. Zar Ni Maw is originally from Burma and moved to the United States eight years ago. She currently lives in Burlington, where she works as a Home-School Liaison for the Burlington School District. This class is a collaboration with the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program and the upcoming Mosaic of Flavors cookbook.
