Bhagawati Gurung will show us how to make a classic Bhutanese lentil dal, spiced to perfection, followed by a decadent rice pudding. Bhagawati moved to Winooski from Bhutan with her older sister and a friend two years ago. The three women love cooking together and make meals from their homeland every day.
