This workshop will focus on growing a steady supply of fresh greens with only a cupboard and a windowsill. Ready to harvest in just 7-10 days, these greens are good in fresh salads and stir fries. Peter will demonstrate how to grow the bulk of your salad greens with sunflower, radish, buckwheat, pea and broccoli shoots used as examples. Everyone will take a planted tray home from class.
